Ride Leader: Scott
A cool crisp morning would greet 11 bikes, 15 people and 1 car. Last ride of the summer would require riders to spend the first half of the ride with there jackets. A morning ride would take us to the Strom Thurmond Dam for food and fellowship. A picnic of dogs and worst filled our bellies and good fellowship filled the day.
Had one couple lay there bike down as they were leaving the picnic grounds. Other then shaken nerves the riders and bike were ok.
We then went on to the visitor center to watch a presentation on the history of the lake, dam and river. After that we took the interstate to exit 55 to finish the ride. All in all we rode 200 miles.
