the web calendar for postings of dates, times, etc for the above trips.
If
you know about a Charity run, please get the information to George Parsons so he
can plan for the rides. Anyone can
post to the calendar, if you have a problem please e-mail Terry Jones or you may
e-mail Terry with the details of the event and he will post them to the web for
you.
David
Smith asked about the ride for children with cancer and Michael Smathers will
check on that date. The ride is the
Camp Chemo ride and is normally held in September.
Michael said he will post the information on the web as soon as he has
it.
Buddy
Meetze told the club about his motorcycle shop, RSD Racing on Highway 1 in West
Columbia and that he would give club members a 20% discount on parts.
He says he’s a little backed up right now on engine work but can get
parts into the store in 2 or 3 days. Cards
and pens are available at the back after the meeting.
The
drawing this month was for $82.50 and congratulations go to Michael Smathers for
having the lucky number.
Michael
Smathers led us in prayer and we all enjoyed a great meal.
After
the meeting George Parsons met with the group going to Deals Gap and passed out
paper work. We have 29 people
signed up for the trip. WOW!!!
Remember all rides will use the 50/50 rule. In other words, > 50 degrees and < 50% chance of rain. Please use The Weather Channel as your guide. (SAFETY FIRST)
